- Your communication must be professional at all times — complete sentences, polite manner, greetings and closings.
- When making contact with a potential source by email or phone, you will introduce yourself, make your request and provide contact information.
- Be clear that you are working on a class assignment.
- Offer to share a link to the finished product.
