SUBMIT: PERIOD 1 The students will restore the old image using tools and techniques in Photoshop to bring the image back to its original form. ASSIGNMENT: You will download the original image and restore it to look like the complete image below. You can use the techniques we learned last week utilizing the spot healing brush, patch tool etc. Don't forget to not edit on the original image and use the steps addressed last week. You must use Photoshop to restore the image. When you are finished please save the image as a .psd with the layers and then flatten and save. Please POST BOTH FILES to the Padlet. PHOTOGRAPHY Photographs must be 8”x10” and printed on photo paper. Photographs to be mounted on mat or poster board as follows 8”x10” photo mounted on 11”x14” board. Use photo corner mounts, glue stick or rubber cement to mount photo securely on board. No framed photography, window matting, foam core board will be accepted. All photographs must be labeled on the back of the mat/poster board with name, age, when photo was taken, what type of camera used, printing process and any computer enhancements listed. Class Description 133 General Photography – Unedited images. 134 Manipulated Images – any image edited using software. Does not include changing a color print to black and white or sepia. Must include 4”x6” original image and a description of manipulations made and software used on back of mat/poster board. 135 Special Photography Techniques – includes but is not limited to panoramic, use of lens filters, night photography, time lapse photography, etc. 136 Studio Portraiture – Use of backdrops, lighting, props, etc. May be people or animals as long as correct format is used. 137 Photo Story – Use photography to tell a story, may use captions. 138 Photojournalism - Photography with accompanying news article. 139 Advertising/marketing – Use of photography to advertise/market a product, service, location, etc. including captioning. 9.6.2022 ASSIGNMENT: Please post 3 different potential images you have to submit to the State Fair.
