In your video you can take screen shots (CMD + SHIFT + 4) of the elements and then use the text tool or a legacy title to create the definition. You must also use some original music element that you create. The video should serve as a visual tutorial for the Adobe Premiere Pro Vocabulary elements we have covered so far.
