The students will create snow portraits using Photoshop by creating specific snow brushes and applying the correct settings on the brush to create snow.
ASSIGNMENT: You will needs snow gear. Bring in gloves, hates, scarves, coffee mugs, books, a blanket, etc. Shoot as many different poses as you can that would simulate being in the snow. Throwing snow, catching it on your tongue, etc. Then we will be creating a snow Photoshop brush to create a winter wonderland scene.

PERIOD 1 The students will use composite techniques from Photoshop to create printable ornaments.

Then you will look for your 5 best show stopper images and edit and post to the Padlet. SUBMIT: PERIOD 1 The student will execute a photoshoot from start to finish with a client using the photography skills and techniques.
ASSIGNMENT: You will be taking a photoshoot from start to finish.

Today you will be looking for poses to use with your clients. You will research different posing ideas and add them to a Padlet post. Please come up with at least 6 different poses and ideas with possible props. If you cannot access sites like Pinterest at school use your phone and screen shot the image and then use your phone browser to post to the Padlet from your phone. SUBMIT: PERIOD 1
ASSIGNMENT:
Please create a contact sheets of all the images you took. Use an 8.5W x 11H 5 columns and 5 rows...25 images per page. DO NOT ROTATE FOR BEST FIT. Then submit 10 final edited images. 5 images must be from the food you brought and 5 can be from other food.
