The students will build a paper sculpture using the elements and principles of design as a guide. Then they will photograph the elements and principles and create a presentation.
ASSIGNMENT: For this activity, you will build a 3-D sculpture using only paper, glue, scissors, and card stock ONLY. NO MARKERS. You will design your sculpture so that it shows the different elements and principles and photo composition techniques. After you have built your sculpture you will create a presentation in Canva with the images you and your partner took. You need a new slide for each of the following! The student will explore the history of photography and media through the ages from 1900's to 1920s.
Watch a Century of Images Day 1 and fill out the graphic notetaker and or sketch notes.
The students will use Canva to create vision boards relating to various areas of their lives. The vision boards should be very specific to the areas of their lives.
Assignment: You will be using CANVA to create a vision board about yourself for the specific areas listed. In order to receive full points you must complete all areas. Your vision board should contain goals you have about the following:
